HAFP Foundation Dinner and Live Auction
The Hawai'i Academy of Family Physicians Foundation is delighted to invite you to join us for our Annual Dinner and Live Auction at the Grand Naniloa Hotel in Hilo, HI. This first-ever event will support the many important initiatives of the HAFP Foundation. Enjoy an evening of dining and dancing, and bid on one-of-a-kind exclusive items donated by our friends and local businesses. This event is being held in conjunction with the HAFP Annual Update. EVENT SPONSORS AND DONATIONS NEEDED!
We are seeking event sponsors and auction items for this FIRST fundraising event for the HAFP Foundation! Below are the sponsorship and donation opportunities:
Event Sponsor: Your sponsorship funds will help to support the Foundation's grants focused on supporting family medicine residents, medical students, and patients in Hawai'i.
- BRONZE SPONSOR ($1,000): Bronze sponsorship offers TWO tickets to the event and recognition on event signage and during presentations.
- SILVER SPONSOR ($2,000): Silver sponsorship offers FOUR tickets to the event and recognition on drink tickets, event signage, and during presentations.
- GOLD SPONSOR ($3,000): Gold sponsorship offers a full table of EIGHT tickets to the event and maximum recognition on drink tickets, event signage, and during presentations.
- ENTERTAINMENT SPONSOR ($1,500): Help to support our event entertainment through this sponsorship! Your organization will be recognized on event signage on stage with the entertainment, and directly from our entertainers!
Donations: We need donations for our LIVE Auction and to support our event! Please consider one of the following:
- Live Auction Donations: If you have items, services, or adventures that you would like to donate for the live auction, please contact Brad Weiler at bweiler@lutinemanagement.com to coordinate your donation.
- Monetary Donations: Please consider a monetary donation to help offset the cost of our fundraising event!
