The Alaska and South Dakota AFP Chapters cordially invite you to attend two CME/AAFP-certified, ABIM MOC-eligible webinars, held live online!

Managing Heart Disease in Type 2 Diabetes: Incorporating Diabetes Drugs into the Management of Cardiometabolic Disease will familiarize Family Practice and Internal Medicine physicians with the pathophysiology of CVD in T2DM, provide data on the cardiovascular outcomes for diabetes drugs, and detail recommendations from several societies regarding the use of these agents in patients with T2DM who have CVD and/or HF.

A Breath of Fresh Air: New Treatment Strategies for Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps will review the major causes of nasal polyps and how to diagnose CRSwNP, the pathophysiology of CRSwNP, the safety and efficacy of approved treatment options that target the underlying pathophysiology of CRSwNP, and new agents on the horizon.
