HAFP FOUNDATION GRANTS
HAFP Foundation Grants offer HAFP members funds to support travel expenses to attend AAFP-sponsored conferences and projects that advance family medicine across Hawai'i. Grant funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis until annual funding is expended.

- Dr. Arcelita Imasa (Primary Care Clinic of Hawai'i): "A Walk with a Doc"
- Nonprofit program that inspires communities through movement and conservation
- Free walking program that allows Kalihi residents to safely take a walk, learn about health topics, and meet new people.
- Dr. Patty Tran (UHFMRP): "Point of Care Testing For Sexually Transmitted Infections in the Houseless Population"
- Offering STI point-of-care tests for uninsured houseless clients.
- Weekly outreach to provide medical care to this vulnerable community.
