Project Grants

• Applicant must be an active HAFP member
• Grants are limited to one project per calendar year per recipient
• Applications accepted September 1 - October 31
• Grants support projects such as:
  • Reach out to Read
  • Tar Wars
  • QI Initiatives
  • Local/Regional community initiatives
• Recipient must adhere to the following requirements:
  • Grant permission to allow HAFP Foundation to use photo(s) and essay in promotional materials (e.g., website, social media, newsletters, etc.);
  • Provide HAFP Foundation with a project budget; and
  • Provide HAFP Foundation with a brief written report at the conclusion of the project.
